CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES
Technical Features of Construction :
The construction of Anatolian Side Telecom Office
Building and Acıbadem Guesthouse was started at the
end of 1990. The guesthouse was completed in 1993 while
the office building was completed in 1996.
Total area of construction is 22.000 m2 that includes
A, B and C blocks. The building has a capacity to collect
all telecommunication units which are acting on the
Anatolian side.

Guesthouse is established by 1 basement, an entrance,
4 floors and a terrace floor. Basement level includes
a laundry room, a dish-washing room, a kitchen, cooling
room, a boiler unit, etc; entrance level has a game/TV
corner, kitchen, and a club room; other floors have
8 suits at each level, total 32 suits; terrace floor
includes, buffet and cafeteria, besides it has three-side
open terrace. 1 panoramic elevator is serving in addition
to 2 normal service elevator.
