CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES
This facility is made for the air defense of Ankara;
6.5 km of main transportation and 12 km of connection
road with laucher 1 and laucher 2 fields, a shooting
control field, war helmet fields with LCT parts and
consists of related buildings.
In each of the laucher fields, there are rocket hangars
and shelters. Recruits clubs, barbed wire barrier, watch
rooms and tower, water and septic tanks, concrete field
and private rocket ramp anchorage construction fields
are made.
From the distance of 3.5 km and 34.5 KV energy supply
and substation, keeping the existing spring water into
the bowl from the distance of 750 mt., and water is
supplied by pumping with the concrete tanks.
In the rocket hangars, the hangar doors that can be
opened and closed in 20 sec. by the remote controlled,
electrical warning aporeys, blast vanes against the
explosion in the shelters, special electrical warming
aeration equipments are existing.
Recruits clubs are consist of rooms for the soldiers
and officers, dining hall, WC, bath, central heating
with hot water.
There are road and field concretes with other constructions.
The roads between the buildings linked with the main
transportation roads.
