CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES
The construction is established by 4 no of contracts.
The Complex, whose surroundings have also been arranged
by KAYALAR consists of a hotel with 5.000 m2
construction area and 2 blocks of accomodation units
with 3.300 m2 construction area.
Residence unit having 10 flats, each with 150 m2
net construction area. The interior decoration of the
buildings located at the different levels has been completed.
The second block consisting of 10 flats, each with 100
m2 net construction was built.
A 700 seat capacity restaurant and a bar with a oriental
interior design is also located at the terrace of the
hotel which has 90 rooms.
