CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES

The land is within the provincial borders of the Muğla and the district borders of Fethiye, between the sea and Yanıklar village which is situated 12 km to north west of Fethiye. The land has a frontal face of 1200 m to the Mediterranean Sea. The total land area is 872.000 m².. The land has a slight increasing slope from the sea to the land. The east side of the land is limited by the brook and the west side of it by the forest. Furthermore, there exist drinkable spring waters emerging from the mountains.

The construction area is 30 minutes at distance to the Dalaman International Airport. The region is under the influence of the Mediterranean climate which is mild and healthy. Summer time takes long. It is possible to swim for a period of 8 months, starting from April until the end of November. The sea water and the environment is very clean.
There are a lot of historical and touristic places that are worth seeing in the peripheral area.
Premises complex is at a location that can be reached easily with all kinds of vehicles and via motorway, airway and by sea. It is 60 km at a distance to the Dalaman International Airport.

Touristic premises has a closed area of 60.000 m² on an area of 200.000 m². Those premises have a 3000 bed capacity, and the land which faces the sea along 1.200 m and which has a depth of 110-120 m has an excellent beach. Right at the touristic premises, the section where twin villas with an area of 150-180m² are suited, take place. Furthermore, there exist the recreational areas, trade centers, green areas and sports places which can meet the needs of complex.
