CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES
A raft foundation system alory with drilled-well retaining
system has been used. Total excavation for the wells
is 23.000 m3 whereas the foundation excavation
for the main building amounts to 38.000 m3.
To obtain a concrete look, appropriate form work has
been utilized. Total construction area is 27.000 m2
consisting of 4 basement and 18 floors. The building
is 80.05 m tall excluding the antenna mast.
The facades of the building is of the curtain-wall
type with reinforced reflective double glazing. Concrete
areas are treated with acrylic paint.
There exist betopan separation walls inside the building.
Heating is by fan-coils. Ceilings are mostly mineral
fiber, plaster and aluminum suspended ceiling. Walls
are painted with plastic paints.
Floor finishes are artificial marble as well as the
stairs. Edges of the stairs are done with travertine.
There exists a steel fire-escape staircase. The roofing
enables people to walk on the roof.
