CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES

New Headquarters Building for the Air Force Command construction which is established by 4 no of contracts, consists of Commanders, Office, Social and Garage units.

Commander’s Unit
The unit has 2 floors with a construction area of 750 m² and consists of Commander’s offices, honor and assembly halls and resting rooms.

Office Unit
The Unit has 15 floors with a construction area of
2.200 m² and consists of administration departments, 10.000 book library, bank, post office, printing room, workshops, 1.500 circuit telephone center 2x100 KWA power station, 1 service and 4 personnel lifts.

Social Unit
The unit has 4 floors with a construction area of
3.500 m² and consists of sports hall, sauna, 450 audience capacity theater, a hall with simultaneous translation capability for 6 foreign languages, 1.000 personnel capacity mess hall and sales departments for the personnel.

Garage Unit
The unit which is located under the ground with a construction area of 5.400 m² in front of the office building has 2 floors with a parking capacity for 450 vehicles. The roof of the unit is designed for helicopter landing.

Technical Specifications Of The Complex
Commanders, office, social and garage units with a total construction area of 9.500 m² and a 30.000 m² location area are connected to each other by means of bridges. The building is equipped with, full automatic fire, security alarm, closed circuit TV, general and private broadcast central heating and fan-coil system The exposed concrete building has a granite plating between the facade columns.
