CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES
The construction is established by 3 no of contracts.
32 blocks, 170+150 flats of accommodation units, located
on a construction area of 60.000 m2, are equipped with;
central heating, 800 KWA power unit, laundry building,
water storage tanks and a hydrophore installation. An
additional water treatment unit is also constructed
for the complex.
The laundry, with 210 kg/hr washing, drying and ironing
capacity, also has a 20 kg/hr capacity dry cleaning
unit. The heating center is equipped with hot water
boilers providing full-automatic services by means of
stockers. Mechanical filtration system are used for
preventing air-pollution at the coal-fired center.
