CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES
The Complex consists of sports, training hall, covered
olympic swimming pool, education accommodation facilities,
museum, laboratory, lecture halls and dwelling units.
The units whose contracts have been awarded separately
from 1975 onwards, have different characteristics from
the architectural and technical points of view.
Within the complex, social facilities dwelling construction
is established by 5 no. of contracts. Construction of
34 block apartment buildings, totally 204 dwelling units,
roads, water and electricity network and sub-structures,
central heating system
